Not annoyed any more people who help me solve my issue thank you so much .
I went straight to vumatel head office and the issue was solved but the ISP still send tells me that there's no feed back from vumatel and they twice cancel my service without even notifying me.
I had to contact them again cause vumatel can't give me the reference number to pay.
Until I told them I went to the head office all I need is the reference that's when they started to work nicely don't know if I'm allowed to mention name but agent Markan M from webafrica was very good.
And three agents from vumatel head office were excellent that I know can't say their names without their consent
