    The vehicle is a renault kwid. It is not engaging gears and just comes to a complete stop. The check engine light is on. I honestly feel unsafe and that my life is at risk driving such a car.

    No there isnt. I spoke to the dealer. They said they can assess the vehicle and maybe charge me a penalty and take the car. But there is no guarantee. I have only driven the car once its virtually brand new
