OK well i dont know whats going on now, just reinstalled it (for the 3rd time) and works now.. Mystery
I used another software that also used Rivatuna and and had the same problem, went away as soon as i uninstalled Riva. But now its working..
I just upgraded my pc and then updated to windows 11,
Since the update to windows 11 Riva Tuna is glitching my GPU.
If i uninstall Riva Tuna the problem goes away.

To be honest, nothing extra, i just opened the game up and started the server and now my friends can see me.
I thought i had already tried that, but clearly not. :X3:
So even though testing in command prompt and using porttracker websites, they all return closed, but the game sees them as open...
I would like to add, i know absolutely nothing about networking and how the internet works, i click buttons and expect things to happen.
Im just following google instructions from others, it all makes sense, but there could be so many unknown things happening in the background that only network...
I have an uncapped fibre connection, with Cool Ideas on the Frogfoot network, i have established with cool ideas that they dont restrict any port forwarding so technically i should be able to?

RIght so i did a test now, removed the external UPS from the equation, and started up a game which uses more resources, and playing music, switched the mains off and the inverter kicked in fast enough to keep the pc on. So, for now ill just remove the external ups from the equation.. Seems like...
Thats why i have the pc plugged into a separate ups that is fast enough to keep the pc on without failing. Whilst it waits for the inverter to kick in, then the external ups switches off again and all good. But for some reason sometimes, something in this setup fails, sometimes when switching...

Yea so thats what im suspecting, something to do with my inverter being a simulated sinewave inverter.. Maybe better to invest in a pure sinewave inverter.. Once the switch over happens though my external ups is fine it stays switched off so the inverter must be doing a good enough job in...
