Thanks, thats helpful. I'll try and reach out to them. I do recall getting one email last year, then it stopped? (assumed that SADV pushed back and made it the responsibility of the ISP to communicate)
Regarding my earlier post about being notified, CISP responded saying they currently do not send out any form of communication for planned maintenance (when the maintenance is from the FNO). They are working a solution but no date can be given.
Is this this same across most ISPs?
