It's been a week and I'm still without connectivity.

Reported an issue 9 days ago, the matter is still unresolved.

The fault lies with your house being skipped during the migration; that's what I'm told.

Thanks fine; I have provided all required details to initiate a new fibre install.
Even though I already have a line installed and provided the ONT details.

Also, I had reported dropped connection issues prior to the current one.

Any ideas on how I can ensure this gets resolved faster?
Or would it be better to switch to another ISP at this point?

howzit, unfortunately there is no representation from Vuma nor Vodacom on this forum (or any forum),
Vuma you can't do much about, unless you're lucky enough to have multiple FNOs. but you can consider a better ISP (i.e. not voda)

This. Get away from mweb and vodacom. Mweb because they're useless and vodacom because they're a corporate machine who don't really give a ****.
