Now that we agree on the interpretation of the graphic, I have other questions and can also ask my original question, so effectively avoided by Afihost support.
1. What does the last column "Last seen" mean? Seen by whom...
I have been trying to get an explanation from Afrihost for days now about my fibre data usage. I do not believe that I am using data as they say I am but the person I am communicating with in their support role just avoids my questions and changes tack constantly.

I also use Afrihost and they do not roll over data, despite saying on their own T&Cs that they will. Isn't this a breach of contract?
