    I'm caretaker / admin for a self managed sectional title block. We've just had our agm and have a set amount of trustees. No one wants to be chair. How can we solve this problem, we refuse to use a managing agent. Any advise please, thank you.

    A managing agent wouldn't have had a say anyway, any more than a painter or gardener would.

    You're going to have to resolve it among trustees. No other alternative really AFAIK.

    Maybe look for a person outside your sectional title who has the knowledge to perform the chairman's duties.
