  • This is a message I repeatedly sent to MTN regardinr a complaint on last month's account, which, till now, they have ignored completely.
    Subsequent to this, the following has happened. I went in to see the MTN agent here in Nigel and received no joy from them.
    What they did do was to give me the MB I had outstanding to my credit as at 16 Sept 2010 which was 253.32Mb.
    I went on the Internet on 17 09 juo download e-mails and use Skype 4
    On the 18 09 10 I checked my bal which was then 241.2 Mb. Diff of 12 MB
    I downloaded e-mails. My bal was then 214.4 Mb No ways did I download e-mails of that magnitude. Diff of 27 MB
    At 9 am I removed my modem from the laptop put Sim card in my mobile phone and found a bal of 192.7 MB Diff of 12 MB
    I left Sim in the mobile phone and @ 10 pm same day I decided to check & found bal of 172.7 MB Diff of 20 MB Now modem was out of laptop and Sim in my mobile phone 20MB had just disappeared and I had not been on line.

    Please do not mess with me. I do not have time to fiddle with piffling matters regarding your service. I am so busy fighting other weak service providers, I do not need you on my list.

    I pay my account every month - you do not have to come and stand in front of me with your cupped hands!!!!

    Why was of the balance of megabytes remaining to my credit from last month not added to this month's 500 mb bundle?????

    According to my reckoning, there was a balance well in excess of 100 mb to my credit.

    Come back to me with the news that you have made the necessary adjustment, indicating my correct balance.

    Wake up - I expect an answer promptly!!!
