Thanks Saturnz, I've noticed that the connection deteriorates intermittently throughout the day. I'm just trying to determine if its an ISP or Line Provider issue. While things are quiet this morning I have a near perfect connection.
Is there anyone here using Cybersmart as an ISP that's willing to corroborate my findings.

Looking for some help regarding slow throughput speeds and packet loss on Cybersmart.
I have for a few weeks now experienced intermittent throughput and packet loss when connecting to International servers.
Cybersmart and Vumatel have both replied with the typical, 'it's not us'...
