    To me it appears LED bulbs fail more often than the old incandescent/filament bulbs...? Statistically having several LED's in a bulb would increase the probability of the bulb failing, because of one LED in the bulb failing?

    True...but imagine the logistics around impounding a vehicle during freeway rush hour, waiting for the lowbed to get there, load and take away the car. Plus where would these vehicles be stored?
