Tried to go for a run after my fall on Friday. Made it about 5 meters before my knee said NOPE. Guess I'm going to be sidelined for at least a week more. :mad:
I fell while doing a sprint. Both knees got scuffed badly, my right knee seems a bit swollen and my hand has some serious friction burn where I met the asphalt. Bad decisions were made today. :mad:

Then a running club could be a good fit. Running is a great calming routine especially once your fitness is there and it becomes something where your brain can just switch off and enjoy the miles.
