That is what i tried yesterday but instore people had no clue what to do. they ended up calling customer care who suggested i come back after first debit order:mad:
It was all done online and no phyiscal contract was presented. i only received the soft copy yesterday. also asked in store clerk to get back to me about this but he never did.
Took out a mobile contract in-store on 26 Oct 2024.
Initial enquiry was to buy only mobile device based on the fact that the device price is included on the pamphlet and i thought that meant that it was option. in-store i was told that it is not. took the contract hoping i could get a family...
