    I managed to get a hold of Octotel and asked them to come out and look at the set up on-site again. They've been out a few times and changed the box a few times so I'm pretty sure it's not them, but let's see.

    Pretty sure I gave several reasons why. Lack of response from the support team. Constantly dropping line. Cool Ideas having constant issues with DDoS. And lack of response from the support team.
