    No worries man, at least you have learnt :) Might be worth selling your current PSU if you cant fine more cables and getting a new high quality one with all the cables you'll need.

    How many cards did you have powered off of the 1 cable? I've seen this happen when too many cards were connected to 1 cable. Be careful using PSU cables from different power supply makes, I've heard of horror stories when trying to use cables from other brands.

    Agreed 100% - I also don't like the "Takealot-style" discounts. Having said that, the price is still less than what we see on our distributor pricelist for the equivalent Gigabyte or Asus cards.
