    Had a hisense technician update the firmware on my hisense 50a6100uw and dstv now app was on the tv before the update. After the update the app is no longer on the tv.

    I set it to auto as well. So the xbox is picking up the TV. I really dont know lol

    I hope so yeah :/ yes Netflix is a perfect 4k hdr picture. But not so much from the xbox

    The compatability screen shows green ticks across the board. Only Dolby vision is a red cross. I have checked it in all ports and have activated the "enhanced" setting on the TV for all ports :/

    Tried 2 different cables and used all of the ports on the TV. Gonna have a technician come and look at the TV:/ sigh

    Indeed.. have contacted hisense in case there is a firmware issue with the TV. But its brand new. So yeaaah

    I've had it in 1 , 2 and 3. And still didnt work. I also have a hdmi 2 cable. Rated for 4k and all that as well. not sure where the issue lies.

    Will give it a try. But had it in all of the ports so far. And no luck :/
