Howsit! Can anyone confirm if the R2 international processing fee is still there when making 'international' purchases or swipes?
Might consider moving back to capitec after shifting to Tyme (as they have no international processing fees)
There is always issues that one needs to raise to ensure they get their allocations right. I hope they learning and improving otherwise this program is not worth it
Same thing happened to me. They changed my details and opened new account. They bypassed all OTPs which was sent to me. They have not provided feedback as to how this happened after I reported it.
Reporting was also a mission having to follow up numerous times and submit affidavits.
Just saw per Tymes latest pricing, there is no international swipe charges AND currency conversion fees. Can anyone confirm this is the case ?
