    SAT-3 undersea cable break repaired

    Herotel Fibre 50 / 50 Herotel Fibre. 50 up / 50 down. Local Speedtests run at advertised speeds whole day long but connecting to anything overseas slows to a crawl on the download side. Upload seems unaffected.

    Cable is supposed to be fixed but streaming services are still borked during peak hours. Something is still effed up somewhere. Anybody else experiencing mad Buffering issues in the evening? Maybe a follow up article is in order?

    Thanx guys. Just returned from a friend who has an older 42". At 2.5m distance it's actually not an unpleasant size. 55" would seem more than adequate for my needs. If not overkill. 65" would just be ridiculous. Leaning towards the 55Q70T

    2 months later and still nothing. I honestly think skipping Oreo and going for a custom Pie ROM may be the only option. At least one official OTA would have been nice though
