    Forgot to come back and povide an update. So, as expected, it had reset on the 26th to zero for all users meaning my previous assumption that it works on my contract start day/date seems to be the only explanation.

    Yes, the date the contract got taken out/initiated No idea why that may be the case - thats the only link I can find to when the date resets the counters to zero is the date I took out my contract. Will see if it’s zero tomm morning.
