    Hi @SHL , I am a cynic(I admit it). Are axxess doing this on purpose? Are MTN doing this on purpose? Are the 'counters' not working properly? It sounds as if you are experiencing the same as me but presumably you deal directly with MTN. That fact would make me suspect it is MTN and not axxess...

    Agreed, I have put on hold any changes to my system . I have also cancelled my purchase of a new router. I agree with you. Cell C is probably not a good idea at the moment.

    Not 100% sure about this and it probably depends on your hardware or software but I think if you leave 'Display name' in SIP settings blank no ID will be sent. It's probably worth trying to make sure. If you don't have a SIP account yet let me know and I'll see if I can check this for you.
