    Rain are awful. My mom cancelled with them last month after not receiving any service for two months and being completely ignored by their customer service... And now they've billed her again this month. Atrocious service.

    seems to be a common huawei thing..... I had issues with my Y7 2019... constant ghost tapping on a section of the screen to the point the phone was unusable. Formatting did nothing.

    What annoys me, is the people that start ranting and raving at their isp. It took me less than 5 minutes to look and see other ISPs were affected and that it probably wasn't going to be a quick and easy fix.
