So my mom has been with Rain for a couple of years and until recently it was fine. Not great, but fine.
A couple of months ago, she started having issues with intermittent connectivity. Contacted rain support who were unable to help.
The issues got worse and worse until she was getting next to no connectivity. Ticket after ticket and rain support started ignoring her.
So she cancelled last month. They have now billed her for this month. And the account shows they're going to bill her next month. The service has been completely removed from her "my rain", yet they expect her to keep paying for a non existent service? What a bunch of crooks.
