    I’m pretty sure everyone is experiencing slow service times at this moment. Mine took 2 day and 3 days respectively to get processed and the latter took another 3-4 days to arrive in SA.

    so it seems like Aramex didn’t charge me a single customs clearance fee for any items below R500. However, last week I received a shipment and I was charged the 20% fee through the post office. Some cheek from SAPO or Aramex takes the hit for these packages’ clearance... On another note...
