Telkom blocked my account that has 3 numbers under it, saying its owing. When I went to the telkom shop for explanation I was told it's a technical error they will fix it in an hour. It's been 3 days now, I can't make calls or log into the internet. Telkom I am so disappointed in you
I have been trying to Rica my sim since a day ago but it's still queued for some reason and the money is already deducted. How do I fix this? I also sent numerous tickets on the app still no response.
