Telkom blocked my account that has 3 numbers under it, saying its owing. When I went to the telkom shop for explanation I was told it's a technical error they will fix it in an hour. It's been 3 days now, I can't make calls or log into the internet. Telkom I am so disappointed in you

That must be frustrating.
When did you go to the Telkom shop?
Doesn't Telkom have a customer care number or even an email address to make contact with them?

On Saturday afternoon but till now my numbers are still cut off

You don't think a glitch that blocks all phone numbers for a customer for no reason is worth a bit of overtime? Or at the very least enabling services while the glitch is being investigated?
