It depends on what you want to brew. If it's espresso, then I would recommend getting whatever you can afford that has the best resale value. Most likely something used. I don't think at this price point it would make that much of a difference having a 9 bar vs 15 bar. I started out with a similar spec machine from DeLonghi (the Icona) a few years back and I was very happy with it. Bought a R3500 grinder to pair with it (entry level burr).
