    I did it, needed certificate of compliance for house and then had my solar installer provide their piece and submitted. Pretty straightforward although had to renew / update our electric cert for house due to renovations so there was some legwork on that side.

    Answering this myself, just spoke with DI and was actually a very easy conversation. I politely declined the Vitality Fuel Rewards program which means they don't insist on their DQ-Tracker. Car already has a 3rd party Tracker installed for theft but not linked to DI. Without hesitation took off...
