Mweb? Telkom? I dont know...........

I'm currently on the mweb 4mb uncapped account. But my DownLoad rates are atrocious at the moment and I cant game online at all, wow latency is 800 in raid it shoots to 5000 and i DC. cant play starcraft its just too lagy. Even on local cod4 servers my latency is never below 200... So Mweb tells...
