    Coolideas Pathetic download speed

    i am a coolideas customer paying R1000 to get a 100mbps download speed. Attached speedtest shows my download speed is 20mbps. Just a waste of money i could have rather stayed with hellkom paying R850 for a 20mbps line.

    I have been with Telkom for years nie and decided to move to another ISP. I asked telkom to cancel my services as if the 1st of June 2023. They cancelled my fiber to the home on the 3rd of June without any prior warning. I am struggeling now with Vumatel and Cool Ideas to get me connected again...

    Hi, i have joined cool ideas as i was not getting a good service from HELLKOM. So now over the weekend HELLKOM, cancelled my services. I spoke to 2 consultants at cool ideas abd they told me the line will only be released on the 7th which i dont understand if the service was cancelled at HELLKOM...
