I have been with Telkom for years nie and decided to move to another ISP. I asked telkom to cancel my services as if the 1st of June 2023. They cancelled my fiber to the home on the 3rd of June without any prior warning. I am struggeling now with Vumatel and Cool Ideas to get me connected again. Telkom say as per attached
