    Sorry for the multiple posts. New user mistake. I tried to make sure that I checked the box for email updates. Is it legally compulsory to register SSEG with Eskom direct.

    I was informed that the Eskom SSEG registration costs at least R18,000. Is it necessary to register as SSEG? It would make a joke of the solar panel cost tax break.
