    I have the MobileMe and US-account issue. Seems one ID for the iTunes store and one for iCloud now does not allow me to use the Photo Stream.     I live in Potch and almost EVERYONE here with an iPad or iPhone has the same issues with network loss and dropping calls. When I am in Jhb then all is fine again. Think we shouod toitoi!!

    You will have to go the itunes voucher route. Buy any free app on the App store. When asked for CC detail choose "none"....buy itunes vouchers and load...voila!
