iPhone 4 touch screen unresponsive

I have searched the web and many seem to have similar problems.

In landscape mode my "w" and "2" does not respond when typing in any app. Also, when I want to end a call the "end call" button does not function.

I have tried a soft reset, hard reset, iOS restore..the lot...no joy!

I have read that overseas they give an immediate swop out for this fault. I guess I have a high hope with the demand on the iPhone 4 in SA.

Any assistance would help!

MTN has 7 day max replacement wait , not sure about Vodacom
