    Getting tired of everyone who is found guilty staying out of jail for 10 years plus with constant appeals. The solution I came up with is that any time spent not in jail on appeal gets added to your sentence when you eventually do go to jail.

    The problem isn't building nuclear, the problem is the anc trying to build nuclear. Initial cost 2.23 trillion rand - final cost 10.5 trillion rand and 20 years overdue with only 3-4 nuclear meltdowns along the way.
