    Hi Sditshego, I don't know who's working as the rain rep here on my broadband but they are very efficient here. They check that account and verified everything and effectively cancelled the subscription for us so I'm sure they will be able to help you as well.

    That's where you lose an argument, when you start making it about brands rather than value. I use both Android and Apple devices and I'm well aware of both their capabilities more more importantly, their value for money. Samsung devices are also selling for R30k btw, doesn't mean it's worth it.
