    They expect you to courier it at your own expense. Make sure you keep all proof. They charged me R2699 after using the router for a year, and have not as yet refunded me for return.

    I figured out the problem, Downloaded an App on Windows called LTE-H Monitor - Could see that whenever signal dropped the router was connecting to another tower. In all it was jumping between 3 towers. Tower 1 is about 500m from my house - Great signal, Towers 2 and 3 are 20km and 45km...

    I have to reboot my B612 on supersonic every 5-10 minutes to keep my speed up. Support can't really help are saying it is a tower issue (interesting that when I reboot I get full speed for 5 mins though). Have about had it with supersonic.

    I dont beloeve this is the issue though - I had the same problem through Axxess on MTN - I eventually cancelled the service - seems to me that something is happening on the tower that requires a reset of the modem every hour or two. Is this possible
