How often does this occur ? I have also had this once or twice .Also over/under voltage coming in on wall plug .Phase issue perhaps as I am 3 phase .Mine has only done this once or twice in a year ,so it is not a regular thing for me .- George Beveridge

Hi ,got my nv-bp1800 today. Charging it now for 4 hours as recommended .I tried to download manual but it appears it is for windows and not android .so will have to dowload on Laptop later .- George Beveridge
