Speed Vodacom over Openserve between 6PM and 10PM decreased to 3Mb
Reading other posts in the world it seems that congestion is the problem. In the evening everybody is streaming and your 200Mb (download) subscription is worthless. Are there better alternatives?- gerard6

Speed Vodacom over Openserve between 6PM and 10PM decreased to 3Mb
Hi, Monday 14 March up till now 16 March 2022 my Fiber speed plunges down to download around 3-5Mb during evening. Surprise: Upload speed is almost 100Mb on speedtest. Area is Fourways, more specific Needwood Extension 7. After 10PM normal speed comes back. Helpdesk Vodacom can not find...- gerard6

Huawei HG659 router password after reset
Huawei HG659 is out of contract, no dongle attached. So free for my own usage. After a hard reset, I cannot login, while connected to a standalone PC by ethernet cable. Address is 10.0.0.254. The userid pops up is either vodafone or vbn_cpe after a reset. I tried all known userid/passwords... -
Login to Huawei HG659 router
Since a couple of months I can not login anymore to this router HG 659. Password and or userid authentication fails and I have not forgotten the password. A technician of Vodacom told me that Access to the router is denied and only granted on special request. Is this really true?- gerard6
