Afrihost received word of an outage in Equestria Pretoria at 10:28 this morning, they didnt lift a finger to follow up or escalte the issue with openserve until I phoned at 18:00, and yet still no answers, no internet.
Come on Afrihost you can do better
Recieved a conlog prepaid meter about two months ago, and our electricity bill is twice what is was in the past, asked the municipality to either replace or test the device but it's like talking to brick wall.

I am a Axxess client but our fibre cable is through openserve. Someone cut the fibre cable on the corner of our block - I reported it with Axxess but didn't sound like its going to be a priority. How do I track the fault and how can I escalate it? May I ask for a refund for...
