During the first 5 months of the pandemic I did all my shopping online (mainly through 60-60). Also shopped online during the second and third waves. I hated the experience and now I refuse to shop online unless what I want isn't available in a shop - only non-grocery items.
When I feel the need to buy groceries online, I use Checkers. However I prefer to go to the shops and only buy groceries online when Covid numbers are really high. Hopefully I won't have to do it again.
I'm having the same problem with a parcel sent from the USA in March 2021 - fortunately not a high value one! It arrived in South Africa on 13 March but there's no tracking information available since then.

As I mentioned yesterday, I've been fighting MWEB for over a month, but things seem to get worse all the time.
How do I get them to give me what I'm paying for? I don't even have a router, yet they've sent me an account for next month.
I've been having massive problems with MWEB since upgrading from ADSL to LTE. I won't go into all the complicated details behind this, but for the last few days I've been forced to use my MWEB sim card in my Telkom landline look-alike phone as I don't have a router to use.
