    Ive been logging queries on their support page daily, getting an automated email they've received it, never hearing from them.

    my service has been barely usable most of the day, I'm measuring my speeds in kps now and its barely getting 200kps in off peak times, network dropping in and out, I have to get on my own cell data to send and email. Been emailing Rain daily with not even a reply, not sure if any of these...
