    Yes he said they deducted again on the 25th of July - so does this mean this line cant be released until end Aug ?????????

    I I have tried ordering a different line from another ISP and they would advise they cant since I cant have 2 lines on a property, your right they are so useless and sing the same song everyday , they working on it , working on what ??
