    Restarted the router a few times and the pc in case there was some background processes that I couldn't see. But even in the resource monitor shows ~100kbps network usage before and after I run speed tests.

    I am on Axxess Cell C Fixed LTE, I am based in Centurion. Today the connection is almost unusable. I am connected with good signal, but up and down speeds are really low. See attached image.
