    Colocated servers offering local bandwidth pricing?

    Hi Guys I am looking at getting a server hosted in a Data Centre that has a 100mb/ps pipe to the internet. However, at least 50% of the traffic will originate from South Africa... Does anybody know of a provider that charges separately for local traffic vs international traffic? Thanks
