    Well it is a hardwhwre issue! Phone went in and that is the report we got back from Apple. All I can tell you is that the phone crashed when we did the update, never recovered from that! That’s the truth!

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated! My wife updated her IPhone 6s about a month or two ago. It was the update that caused many iPhones problems. This one crashed the phone. I am currently desputing the issue with Apple who says the phone is out of warranty as it is two years old. However...
