Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
My wife updated her IPhone 6s about a month or two ago. It was the update that caused many iPhones problems. This one crashed the phone. I am currently desputing the issue with Apple who says the phone is out of warranty as it is two years old. However, my wife had a perfectly working phone before the update happened. The phone is like new and we can’t accept that apple is not going to replace it with a working phone. If anyone has had similar problems and can advice or would like to help me fight apple on this, kindly let me know. I believe that in Australia there where cases won against Apple due to the same problems?
