    I spotted your comments regarding the Crystal Web Issue.

    My line is currently lying in between Crystal Web and Telkom. None wants to help me and each blame to other. Crystal Web said Telkom took over the lines a month ago but Telkom is incompetent and refuse to help me. I dont know what to do anymore. I have been without internet for two months.
