    I am surprised you paid instead of contesting the bill. I wouldn't even allow someone to rip me off at all. I would flatly refuse to pay until they bill me correctly.

    I stay away from any dstv accredited installers they all scammers. Better to buy everything yourself and DIY it.

    Right now I just use a Powerbank for my phone and mobile data, but getting a UPS for my routers so I can use my fibre internet. I eventually want a generator, but going to be a long time since I have enough money for one.

    Nope delivery is a big part for me so if it leaves a bad impression I wouldn't use them again even if their customer service is great.

    ye it's very hard to find one at that price locally I wish you luck, the battery life isn't made to be off the battery for too long with gaming machines

    Yes exactly I've used their online store, but collected at their store not used their delivery as they always had stock locally.

    my last laptop was from Incredible connection and has lasted me 8 years, no problems except for dust and heat now
