    500/200mbps speed test - wrong?

    Hi Guys Who can assist me? I recently upgraded to a 500/200mbps package with Vox/Vuma bundle When i do a speed test i only get 200mbps on download and 200mbps on upload but not near 500mbps where it should be What can be wrong? Also this was tested with my cat 6e cables and not on wifi
