Poor Vodacom support for issue with my Fibre ONT

Good Evening All, I'm with Vodacom on the Metrofibre network. I contacted Vodacom over two weeks ago about an intermittent issue where the broadband light on my ONT would flash red for a few minutes per day, leaving me without internet. They said the turnaround time is 24-72 hours, yet two...

However, when there is loadshedding and I’m on my UPS, the fibre speed goes over 250mbps. This happens consistently every time there is a power outage. What...

Fibre speed upgrades and price cuts on Metrofibre

On the Article metioned above they mention that ISP customers on 50mbps or 100mbps can get a free upgrade to 400mbps until 1 April. Does Anyone have an idea of how to go about getting this upgrade?

    Vodacom FTTH - Static IP

I don't think it would make sense to have a static ip since vodacom blocks port 80 and 433 because it's an "Internal service port". Probably better to use a ddns service.
