    Thanks guys, yes we removed the power a few times. Rebooted everything more than once. I am doing a video call with them at 12 lol... so let's hope the reset to default settings will work. Much appreciated!!

    Good day everyone I am really taking a shot in the dark here, and I think I know the answer already. I just know people on here are VERY clever lol. I stay 1100 km from my parents. Now this morning when they want to use the wifi - for some bizarre reason it is asking for the wifi password...
